Thursday Thirteen - 13 funniest movies
I love comedy romance, whether it's in books or movies, I'm gaga over them. And thus I write a lot of comedy romance. Have you read my "American Beauty", "Purrfect Justice", and Make-Believe Lover published at www.ellorascave.com? I think they're pretty funny and I've been told they are. How I wish they'd be made into movies. I'd be in heaven. Some of my other comedy romance novels (the ones I've written that is) are: Double Dare, Over The Moon, and My Baby Too all published at www.awe-struck.net (as Elaine Hopper). A couple others are out of print. I may have forgotten one or two.
So what type of movies do you like? What type of books? If you like comedies, which ones are your favorites? I'm always looking for new ones. Legally Blonde, Blazing Saddles, and Young Frankenstein also deserve mention. I also like Idiocracy (I have no idea why except that Luke Wilson is so cute), 13 Going On 30, and King Ralph.
I tried to save this to post at midnight, but I can't find the function, so it's being posted early in case I get busy. More softball mom stuff I have to do tonight, even though the games ended before Spring Break. Now it's planning the banquet and picnic time. Does it ever end???

Yeah - I love The Mummy. Ever seen Dirty Rotten Scoundrels? Its so funny
Clue. That one cracked me up. Two Weeks Notice was excellent too.
Undercover Blues with Dennis Quaid and Kathleen Turner...
I would rather have comedy that straight romance.
Good choices. Loved Pillow Talk and The Mummy.
I've never seen Undercover Blues with Dennis Quaid and Kathleen Turner... but I love the cast so I'll have to check it out. I don't think I saw Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, either. It's been awhile since I've seen Clue. I'll have to check it out again. Thanks for the suggestions.
OH my GOSH! I forgot about Undercover Blues. I think I had a laughing hernia over that one. Excellent movie.
Loved King Ralph! My all-time fav Goldie Hawn has to be Overboard. Wildcats is also hysterical!
