If I could go back in time...

Have you ever wished you did things differently? That you could go back in time and change them?

I sure do.

I'm wishing that right now.

If I could go back in time, I'd not buy the house we live in. I'd buy one that is very inexpensive, perhaps even a mobile home like my son has. I'd put a lot more money in savings. I wouldn't be stressing out about house payments that have shot through the roof.

This current housing situation is nuts.

I've run into a few crooks that want to charge money up front to help. However, Florida law states that's illegal. I haven't yet had a legit agency return my calls.

My lending agency has a lot of phone messages that loops people in but doesn't say much. When I finally get through to a live person, he's usually in India, and wherever he or she is at, they tell me one thing and do another.

And people wonder why so many of us take anti-depressants???
