It's end of the world movie time again

Shouldn't the holidays be a joyous time? Ditto for long weekends off work? For the second time in my life, the day after Christmas brought very distressing news. In future, I'm going to cocoon myself in my bed starting late on December 25th and not wake up until December 27th. Will that stop it? Hell, I know it won't but I wish. I don't want to get into the nitty gritty, but it's not good. I'm not good at handling stress like this. I'm trying to hold it together and keep working on my books like a good little writer. Whatever happens, I need my jobs. I'm watching "Red Dawn" with Patrick Swayze and Charlie Sheen. What I'm going through is nothing compared to their dilemma. I guess that's why I like to watch what I call "End of the World" movies at times like these. They remind me my reality isn't that bad, that things could be worse. This has nothing to do with yesterday's post, btw. You'll also want to see what Amarinda Jones, Anika Hamilton, Anny Cook, Barbara Huffert, Brynn Paulin, Bronwyn Green, Dakota Rebel, Kelly Kirch, Molly Daniels, Sandra Cox, Regina Carlysle, and Cindy Spencer Pape are up to, so make sure to visit them also. :)

I've been rescued by the wonderful people where I work. Have I said recently how very much I love my employers and my bosses? Boy do I ever!
