We're watching War Games, one of my favorite movies. It was made in 1983 and even though it's still fun, it's now a history lesson. All the technology in this flick looks so ancient. I mean, the kid (Matthew Broderick) uses a DOS system to hack into a military computer. He uses floppy disks, the big ones. The printer paper has holes in the side. It's like Deja vu. It's also Deja vu for me because I used to work several floors under ground in the USAF SAC Headquarters. Yep, with the huge screens for the military command post and all the uniformed officers and airmen. In fact, the hubby was still in the Air Force and we still lived on an Air Force base when this movie came out.

Wow, I watched this just last week.
That's the problem with watching the older movies... but cool if you do it with the kids.
